My Career Story
I am a career development consultant committed to guiding you through the next step in your professional development.
For the past 9 years, I have worked in higher education supporting students from a variety of programs and disciplines in finding and securing experiential education and new graduate opportunities. I’ve done this through meeting with individuals one-on-one as well as designing and facilitating career education-based group activities and workshops.
I have a rich history working in the retail industry for 6+ years where I saw daily proof of how curating your personal style has a direct impact on an individual’s confidence.
Along with my day job, I have always welcomed the opportunity to connect with individuals who sought support, guidance and a helping hand when it comes to developing their careers.
This work has further fueled my desire to empower individuals through training and skill development, leading me to launch MDagsi Consulting.
